VAMOS HOLDINGS LIMITED is incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability under company number 2394695 and has registered office at Unit 25A, 25F, Wing Hing Commercial Building, 139 Wing Lok Street. The company is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of stem cells, conditioned media and other products for the medical, slimming, hair and beauty industries.

In 2016, a subsidiary of Vamos was awarded a special status by the Malaysian government that bestows fiscal incentives, grants and other guarantees to assist growth of companies undertaking value added biotechnology or life sciences activities. The special status was awarded by the Minister of Finance for commercialization of biologically active substances and its related products deriving from amniotic fluid separated mesenchymal stem cells and to conduct related research and development activities.

This grant lead to establishment of the first Emcell clinic outside Ukraine – “Emcell by Vamos”. This center is located in Kuala Lumpur and provides Emcell Fetal Stem Cell Transplantations using Emcell fetal stem cell suspensions and under strict supervision of Emcell doctors.
